Did you know before about the cake from mung bean flour and filled with corn?
So this time I will show you how to make "Corn Cakes With Mung Bean Flour"
This type of traditional cake can be found in Asia, like Thailand in Indonesia.
For traditional recipe, we need to have cake molds from pandan leaves. Please check out my previsious video How To Make Cake Molds From Pandan Leaves
But If you have no cake molds pandan leaves, you can use your usual cake mold.
So, the ingredients:
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 50 gr of hunkwe flour (mung bean flour)
- 100 grams of sugar
- 100 gr boiled corn
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
